Couple years ago i started to read whats in my cosmetics bottle. My shampoo, facial stuff and other, from facial, to clothing care. I wonder how does my shampoo makes my hair feel so smooth and shiny... and what is all of these Methylparaben, Isobutylparaben, Tetrasodium EDTA and all those very scientifical-and-chemial-sounded ingredient?

The Help

I've been watching this movie like 10 times and i didnt get bored... i love the story, the issues had brought in it.

Movies was adapted from novel written by Kathryn Stockett (2009). The stories are generally about racism in Missisippi. How they treat coloured people back in America. The main cast was a strong white lady named Eugenia "Skeeter" Phelan and two Black Maid, Aibeleen Clarke and Minny Jackson. The time setting was in American Civil Right Era (around 1960's). Skeeter was a writer who wants to know and write the story from the point of view of the maids about the racism they faced everyday as they worked for the white families.

Butter Prawn

This recipe were taken from my previous blog... I loved making butter Prawn because its easy to prepare and definitely Yumms. but this recipe written in Malay Language :D

By : Suzy
Inspired by : Chef Kamarul

3 biji kuning telur
3 sudu butter atau secukupnya
Daun Kari segenggam
Garam dan Gula
Susu Cair
Serbuk Kari
Serbuk Kunyit
Serbuk Lada hitam
Bawang Putih+ Merah cincang (saya hanya guna bawang putih sahaja)
Cili Padi (tidak digunakan)
Langkah 1: Untuk Egg Floss
1- Panaskan Kuali
2- Masukkan 2- 3 sudu butter bersama minyak masak utk mengelakkan butter anda daripada menjadi hangus (hitam)
4- Pukul sedikit telur kuning. sikit saja ok. sikit!

Langkah 3: Butter Sauce
1- Panaskan minyak+ butter dalam kuali bersih.
2- tumis bawang putih dan merah (saya hanya gunakan bawang putih)
3- masukkan daun kari dan cilipadi , garam dan gula
(aku letak sikit serbuk kari)
Taburkan egg floss. Sedia utk di Makan ;)

Selamat mencuba. kalau jadi bgtau kawan2. Kalau tak jadi bagitau saya kay??? :P
